Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Method

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, seasonal demand, or Royal Mail operational delays.


Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 working days from order placement.


Tracking

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Circumstances outside our control

Somniveve is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once an order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
